About Heather
Heather began her career in finance, but after two decades, she chose to pursue her passion for animals. She dedicated several years to volunteering in cat rescue, engaging in various roles such as fostering, transportation, and facilitating adoptions.
She transitioned to the role of a “Puppy Nanny” on a farm specializing in raising and training Great Danes as service dogs for individuals with mobility impairments. During her three-year tenure, she gained knowledge from seasoned handlers and trainers about dog behavior and care. Additionally, she acquired skills in caring for livestock.
Finally, she was employed by a local dog walking service for two years. During her tenure, she provided daily dog walks, offered boarding at her residence, house-sat for clients to care for their dogs, and looked after clients’ cats.
Ultimately, Heather decided to start her own petcare business.
